Wētā Workshop Tours & Experiences
Our tours and events are our chance to share our work with the world, offering visitors up close and personal experiences with the artistry and craftsmanship that happens within the four walls of our workshop every day. We have truly magical experiences, creative workshops and tours in Auckland and Wellington, with two unique yet complementary products at both locations. More information is below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Rates
Our retail rates for each product are listed on either the Auckland or Wellington pages as linked above. This is the rate we publicly charge our customers. Your net rate will be the retail rate minus your commission.
Products
We have tours, experiences, and workshops available at both our Wellington and Auckland locations. All our products are available to our trade partners and are commissionable. If it’s listed on one of the pages linked above, then it’s available for you to sell to your clients and customers. The only products that are unavailable for you to sell are combo tours specifically where an external company to Wētā Workshop is listed, such as the Sky Tower + Wētā Workshop Unleashed combo. If you have any questions, then please reach out.
Availability
We run tours regularly from 11am to 4 pm seven days a week at both our Wellington and Auckland experiences. We can upscale or downscale depending on demand, but will always try to find a slot for a customer when booked through a partner. Our creative workshops run less frequently, but with advance notice, we will always endeavour to find a slot for a customer.
Agent Portal
We have an agent portal available where you book, cancel, and amend bookings directly without having to contact us.
Reservations
For other reservations please email [email protected] with the details of the booking, guest name, email address, dates and times requested and a number of people being booked.

Payment Policy
We invoice at the end of each month following the booking. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice being sent.
